Job description

We are looking for a Credit Management Executive (Debt Management) to manage debt recovery and insolvency-related activities, support Singtel Group’s business performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, collection agencies, legal representatives, and system support teams to ensure effective debt management and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end insolvency and debt recovery processes.
• Coordinate with debt collection agencies, liquidators, official assignees, and other external parties on delinquent accounts.
• Perform write‑off processing, payment allocation, and account reconciliation activities.
• Handle internal and external enquiries professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve system defects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives such as RPA and workflow enhancements.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and operational statistics to support business decisions.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Credit Management, Debt Collection, Debt Recovery, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Telecommunications, Banking, Financial Services, or Shared Services environments will be advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience working with CRM or finance systems.
• Exposure to debt recovery, insolvency management, liquidation, proof of debt processes, or collection agencies is an advantage.
