Job summary

Singtel KL Shared Services Centre seeks a Collection Executive to manage customer accounts, drive timely payments and sustain strong relationships. You will engage with customers, resolve billing queries, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain cash flow and minimize aged debt.

The role requires hands-on SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with offshore accounts and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong collections and accounts receivable experience, preferably in telecom or large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of account clearing, cash application, reconciliation and customer account management.
• Experience managing complex, high-value customer accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with offshore customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections activities across dealer and special purpose accounts.
• Handle offshore customer accounts and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Perform account reconciliations, cash clearing and allocation.
• Resolve payment disputes and collection issues promptly.
• Collaborate with major accounts to ensure timely collection and maintenance.
• Monitor aged debt and support cash collection targets.
• Improve collection performance and account accuracy with internal teams.
• Proficiencies in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

The Collection Executive is responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships. This role supports the end-to-end collections process, including engaging with customers, resolving billing enquiries, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to address issues efficiently. The position plays an important role in supporting healthy cash flow, reducing aged debt, and ensuring a consistent and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
