Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a credit control professional in Selangor to manage progress billings and collections for a property development portfolio. The role involves coordinating with financiers, purchasers, and legal counterparties to ensure timely settlements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in credit control within property development, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and solid MS Office skills; fresh graduates may apply for junior positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of working experience in handling credit control in the Property Development industry.
• Sub-Sale work experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge in IFCA property software.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.

Responsibilities

• Handle sub-sales, refinance, public auction and full settlement cases.
• Prepare monthly status report, collection report and other reports as assigned.
• Attend to purchasers' enquiries.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
