Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia seeks a debt collection professional to manage overdue accounts and maximise recovery in line with contracts.

You will handle debt management, negotiations with debtors, and coordination with the finance team to ensure accurate payment processing and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in credit control or related finance/accounting role.
• Previous experience in a Finance Department or corporate collections is a plus.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and relevant legal regulations.
• Good customer service and negotiation skills.
• Able to speak and negotiate with debtors.
