Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Credit Controller/ Credit Control Officer in Malaysia to manage debt, drive collections and assess credit risk.

You will handle payment processing, communicate with customers, and negotiate resolutions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate has at least five years in credit control and a track record of strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control or a related finance/accounting role.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and relevant legal regulations.
• Previous experience in a Finance Department or with corporate collections is a plus.
• Good customer service and negotiation skills.
