Job summary

Acoustic & Lighting System Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Credit Control Executive to monitor debt collections, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with legal for litigation cases. You will assist in updating credit control policies and produce AR reports for management.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Finance or Business Studies/Admin and own transport. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as the company offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• To monitor and oversee debts collections.
• Conduct account reconciliation & troubleshoot disputes.
• Liaise with legal counsel for litigation cases.
• Assist in updating and implementing credit control policies.
• Responsible for AR reporting and responding to customer inquiries.
• Support the regional credit controller and management with reports.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Finance or Business Studies/Admin

Job description

Conduct account reconciliation & trouble shoot of dispute.

To liaise with legal counsel for litigation cases.

To assist in the updating and implementation of any suitable changes to the company's creditcontrol policy from time to time.

Responsible in all aspect of credit control process including responding in customer inquiries.

To furnish AR reports to the regional credit controller and management.

Scope of work will be revised depending on the management needs or request. Others related duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.

What you'll need to have:

Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Finance or Business Studies/Admin.

Must possess own transportation.
