Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in business, economics, finance or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of work experience in collections, credit, banking or related field.
• Demonstrated competence in data analysis and financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes customers' financial condition based on credit scores to determine credit limit and risk rating.
• Analyzes outputs from fraud detection systems and advises on potential investigations.
• Engages with credit card companies to manage credit chargebacks efficiently.
• Participates in negotiations on initial payments with customers and sales, facilitating purchases beyond limits.
• Conducts analysis of delinquencies and determines communication methods to facilitate payments.
• Resolves disputes on overdue payments, negotiating for timely settlement.
• Identifies non-payment trends and collaborates with internal partners to resolve issues.
• Supports priority projects with data analysis and regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintains relationships and shares information via standardized reports.
