Job summary
Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or related field to assist credit officers with Hire Purchase financing applications. You will analyse payslips, bank statements, and CCRIS/CTOS reports, prepare credit assessment summaries, monitor data records, and flag anomalies for review.
This role offers exposure to lending concepts and policy discussions, with opportunities to develop Excel and data-analysis
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a relevant finance/accounting degree.
- Experience with financial document review or data analysis is a plus.
- Strong numeric ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to read payslips, bank statements, CCRIS/CTOS.
- Familiar with lending concepts and ratios.
Responsibilities
- Assist credit officers in reviewing Hire Purchase applications.
- Analyse applicant documents such as payslips, bank statements, and CCRIS/CTOS.
- Prepare credit assessment summaries and recommendation notes.
- Maintain credit data records and support portfolio monitoring reports.
- Flag irregularities to senior officers.
- Participate in credit policy discussions and update checklists.
