Responsibilities

• Meet the monthly target of credit card approval, card activation and balance transfer, as directed by management.
• Participate in roadshows or sales activities organised by the bank for card acquisition.
• Actively acquire NTB customers and cross‑sell other products offered by the bank where necessary.
• Ensure all sales solicited are conducted face‑to‑face and all customers are duly verified to avoid fraudulent applications.
• Comply with FSA/iFSA 2013, PDPA 2010, AMLATFPUAA 2014 and other relevant guidelines.
• Maintain the code of ethics.
