• Project Coordination & Task Management: assign game development tasks based on schedules and clarify requirements.

Overview

Creator Support Specialist’s responsibility is to provide high-quality assistance to Creators in a gaming and user-generated content (UGC) ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing Creator inquiries, gathering feedback, coordinating content creation tasks, and ensuring a smooth operational experience for the community. This role requires strong communication skills, project coordination experience, and familiarity with UGC platforms.

Qualifications

• English (B2 or higher) for verbal and written communication

• Experience managing Discord groups or similar online communities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in game community management and UGC game operations

• Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies to maintain a positive community

• Familiarity with at least one UGC creation platform (e.g., Roblox Studio, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), Minecraft Plugin & MOD, etc.)

• Experience in UGC project development, understanding workflows, and best practices
