TP is seeking a dedicated creator support specialist in Kuala Lumpur to assist game makers with account and enquiry handling. You will respond per approved FAQs, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain precise case records.

Discord community management may be required to keep communities healthy and engaged. The role emphasizes clear, professional communication, collaboration with internal teams, and a willingness to work rotating shifts during project hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or support experience.
• Experience in gaming, creator support or UGC environment is preferred.
• ARPG gaming experience and good understanding of gaming terminology.
• Experience managing Discord groups or communities.
• Good Microsoft Excel and documentation skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Support game creators with enquiries and account-related issues.
• Respond to creators based on approved FAQs and process guidelines.
• Handle mainly non-voice support and administrative coordination.
• Support Discord community or group management when required.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Work with internal teams to resolve creator issues.
• Provide professional and clear communication to creators.
• Work on rotational shifts within the project operating hours.
