Job summary

Dink Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic content host and creator to craft compelling short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more in Malaysia. You will appear on camera, develop concepts, scripts and captions, and collaborate with production teams to cover tournaments, player moments and events.

The role requires strong storytelling, comfort on camera and the ability to translate trends into engaging content.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic video editing for social media platforms.
• Ability to craft engaging scripts, captions and short-form content.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, news posts, interviews and content series.
• Turn tournaments, player moments, news and trends into engaging short-form content.
• Appear as the host/talent for social media content, interviews, event coverage, product features and promotional videos.
• Conduct interviews with players, coaches, founders, sponsors and other personalities.
• Speak naturally and confidently on camera with energy, personality and storytelling ability.
• Coordinate shoots with videographers, editors, players, talents and production teams.
• Attend tournaments and events to host, create and capture content on the ground.
• Manage content calendars and ensure content is published consistently and on time.
• Track content performance and use analytics to improve engagement and growth.
