ParagonCorp is seeking an experienced Affiliate Commerce Lead to drive growth across affiliate channels and scale our creator commerce ecosystem. You will define strategies, grow partnerships with creators, and optimize GMV across multiple platforms.

The role focuses on building a high-performing creator and affiliate ecosystem, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities and improve ROI. You will partner with marketing teams to align initiatives with acquisition goals and stay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Ecommerce, Affiliate Commerce, Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, Growth, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven track record of driving affiliate-led GMV growth and commercial performance.
• Experience managing large-scale creator, affiliate, or influencer ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
