Job summary

Guangzhou Stars Pulse Co.,Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creator affiliate manager to oversee affiliate creators on TikTok Shop and other platforms. You will recruit, onboard, activate creators, explain commissions, and align content with brand goals.

You will monitor performance metrics, maintain relationships with top performers, expand the network, evaluate KOCs, design collaboration packages, and manage full workflows from briefing to posting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer/KOL/KOC management, affiliate marketing, BD, or social commerce.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem and high-conversion short-video content.
• Data-driven mindset with performance tracking and optimization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to manage many creators.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliate creators on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Introduce product knowledge, commissions, selling points, and content angles.
• Track metrics: content volume, traffic, CTR, sales contribution, GMV efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with top affiliates with timely support and incentives.
• Expand the affiliate network through tools, communities, and partnerships.
• Identify, recruit and evaluate KOCs for brand positioning and campaigns.
• Design and negotiate package collaborations (e.g., 15–30 videos).
• Manage full workflow: briefing, seeding, content review, posting timeline, rights, performance checks.
• Build a stable KOC pipeline for awareness, seeding, and conversion.
• Balance volume, quality, and cost to optimize collaboration efficiency.
