Job summary

Anker Innovations in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated candidate to support sourcing and screening of KOLs/KOCs, manage outreach, and help maintain our creator partnership database. You will assist with the end-to-end collaboration workflow from sample shipping to content publishing follow-up and data collection.

You will compile performance data, support reporting, monitor trends, and contribute to marketing activities and festive campaigns with a focus on coordination and ownership.

Qualifications

• Around 6 months of relevant experience or internship experience.
• Familiar with the TikTok ecosystem and with a basic understanding of overseas content platforms.
• Basic data organisation and analysis skills; comfortable using Excel for data wrangling and simple reports.
• Genuinely interested in overseas influencer marketing; fast learner, strong execution, good communication skills and a sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen KOL / creator resources across platforms, and help build and maintain our creator partnership database
• Support day-to-day communication with KOLs / KOCs — outreach, brief delivery, content follow-up and publishing schedule management
• Help run the creator collaboration workflow end to end: sample shipping, script approval, content review, publishing follow-up and basic data collection
• Compile and monitor creator performance data (views, engagement rate, conversion rate, GMV) and support basic reporting and post-campaign reviews
• Track platform content trends and creator movements, and help build up industry knowledge and content insight
• Support the team on marketing activities and festive campaigns — creator recruitment and content coordination
