Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, is hiring a Creative Lead for ShopeePay. You will set direction, build a scalable creative system, and lead a multidisciplinary team across visual design, video, and copy.

You will ensure assets are on brand, ad-ready, and aligned with platform requirements, while delivering fast turnaround and measurable impact on engagement and brand perception.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in agency or brand environments with cross-media leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-media creative direction and recent digital work; agency background is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define what good looks like across visuals, video, and copy, translating into clear principles, tone of voice, and storytelling guidelines.
• Review and approve day-to-day output so assets are ad-ready and aligned with platform requirements and brand standards.
• Build a scalable operating system for creative production with templates, workflows, service levels, and quality checks.
• Coach designers, video editors, and copywriters to strengthen craft, judgment, and speed without compromising quality.
• Partner with the marketing team to align creative with objectives, metrics, and deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative culture with shared ownership, clear feedback, and reliable delivery.
