Mutu Case is seeking a creative leader to define and execute the brand’s visual and tonal identity across all touchpoints. You will lead the creative direction with the Brand Director, ensuring quality and consistency while guiding the Art Director and Content Team Lead.

The role requires strong creative taste, proven leadership, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling campaigns across digital and physical channels.

• Brand Identity & Creative Direction: maintain consistent visual identity, tone of voice, and brand experience; guardian of quality.
• Campaign Concepts & Creative Delivery: translate objectives into compelling concepts; oversee from brief to delivery within time and budget.
• Creative Direction & Quality Control: set the creative bar and review major deliverables across touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Brand Director, Marketing, Product; work with external agencies and freelancers.
• Team Direction & Mentorship: guide Art Director and Content Team Lead; foster creativity, collaboration and growth.
• Creative Innovation: stay ahead of trends and technologies to keep Mutu's output fresh and relevant.

This role leads Mutu's creative vision across all brand touchpoints. You will work closely with the Brand Director to define and execute the brand's visual and tonal identity, ensuring every piece of creative work reflects Mutu's positioning and brand standards. You will set the creative direction, oversee quality, and work through the Art Director and Content Team Lead to bring that vision to life.

This role is for someone with strong creative taste and the ability to set a clear creative direction, a leader who knows what good looks like and holds the team to that standard.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

Brand Identity & Creative Direction: Bring Mutu's brand identity to life across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and brand experience. Act as the guardian of creative quality, ensuring all output meets Mutu's standards.

Campaign Concepts & Creative Delivery: Translate brand and business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns. Oversee the creative process from brief to final delivery, working through the Art Director and Content Team Lead to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Creative Direction & Quality Control: Set the creative bar and review major deliverables from campaign concepts to all touchpoints, ensuring they meet Mutu's quality and brand standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Director, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure creative execution aligns with business goals and customer insights. Partner with external agencies, production partners, and freelancers as needed.

Team Direction & Mentorship: Guide and mentor the Art Director and Content Team Lead, ensuring they have clear creative direction and support. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the creative team.

Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of cultural trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to keep Mutu's creative output fresh, relevant, and impactful.

This position requires:

5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally in a brand, agency, or consumer goods environment.

A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, creative range, and exceptional visual storytelling.

Proven experience leading creative teams and setting creative direction.

Strong understanding of design principles and the creative process across digital and physical touchpoints.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.

A strategic mindset that balances creative ambition with commercial objectives.

Passion for consumer brands, culture, and storytelling-led marketing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
