Job summary

Mutu Case is seeking a confident Part-Time Live Host to represent our Malaysian phone accessories brand across TikTok and other social platforms, delivering energetic, engaging LIVE sessions that drive interest and sales.

You will host 2–3 hour sessions per slot, interact with viewers, demonstrate products, apply soft- and hard-sell techniques, and follow a flexible schedule. Training is provided and earnings include session allowances plus commission based on personal sales.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging and professional LIVE sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism and positive energy.
• Interact with viewers, respond to enquiries and create an engaging LIVE experience.
• Introduce, demonstrate and promote products effectively to generate sales.
• Apply both soft-selling and hard-selling techniques according to the situation and audience.
• Work towards and achieve assigned personal sales targets.
• Develop a good understanding of our products and communicate product features and benefits clearly.
• Maintain high energy and audience engagement throughout 2–3 hour LIVE sessions per slot.
• Follow the assigned LIVE schedule and maintain punctuality and professionalism.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Prior experience in Live Hosting, Sales, E-commerce or Content Creation is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Able to commit to scheduled LIVE sessions on a part-time basis.
