Job summary

Mudah.my is seeking a skilled Product/UX/UI Designer to design flows, wireframes, and prototypes that improve discoverability, conversion, and trust across our marketplace in Malaysia.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and category leads to align design solutions with product strategy; embed user insights from research and analytics; contribute to design systems and iterate designs based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years (or more) in product/UX/UI design; proven delivery of user-facing products.
• Portfolio showing problem solving and measurable impact.
• User-centric thinker; able to balance qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Strong design craft; proficient in Figma or similar and experience with design systems.

What You'll Do :

• Design with Purpose: Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that improve discoverability, conversion, and trust.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Category Leads to align design solutions with product strategy.
• Embed User Insights: Use research, feedback, and analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to Design Systems: Strengthen Mudah’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Iterate & Improve: Rapidly test, refine, and optimize designs based on user needs and performance data.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years or above in product/UX/UI design, with a proven ability to deliver user-facing products and actively integrate generative AI tools into daily design workflows.
• Portfolio of Outcomes: Work that demonstrates problem-solving, design craft, and measurable product or user impact.
• User-Centric & Analytical: Ability to balance qualitative insights with quantitative data in making design decisions.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
• Design Craft & Tools: Proficiency in Figma or equivalent, with experience contributing to design systems.
