Secret Recipe Cakes & Cafe Sdn Bhd is seeking a Creative Assistant Manager to elevate the brand's visual identity and streamline day-to-day creative operations. You will co-lead menus, social media content, seasonal campaigns and in-store displays to inspire customers.

The role requires leading the Graphic Design team, coordinating food photography and video shoots, and ensuring all packaging aligns with the brand identity.

Qualifications

• Highly conceptual, creative and extreme attention to detail.
• Advance competency with graphic designing programs including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro and InDesign
• Possess strong creativity and passion in building outstanding concepts and brand
• Strong leadership, mature with excellent planning and organizational skills
• Good time management, ability to work under pressure and prioritizes multiple projects with careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Graphic Design team.
• Create, define, and communicate the overall creative vision and direction to team members.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire the creative and production team to strive for excellence.
• Stay accountable for the overall concept, design, and copywriting quality of all projects.
• Review design submissions, guide revisions, and approve final executions.
• Lead a diverse scope of projects autonomously across social media, presentation decks, digital design, video production, packaging, and print media.
• Initiate and execute creative design projects including outlet POS materials, advertisements, below-the-line (BTL) collateral, packaging, corporate communications, and website assets.
• Provide creative value, strategic input, and production support to the marketing department.
• Oversee and provide graphic design production support for overseas markets when required.
• Conceptualize and personally execute design materials whenever necessary.

The Creative Assistant Manager is responsible for elevating the brand's visual identity and streamlining day-to-day creative operations. This role bridges the gap between concepts and the consumer experience by co‑leading the production of high-impact menus, social media content, seasonal promotional campaigns, and in store displays. Key duties include supervising daily design workflows, coordinating food photography and videography schedules, and ensuring all packaging and marketing assets align strictly with our brand identity. By collaborating closely with restaurant operations, culinary development, and agency partners, this position ensures timely campaign rollouts that stimulate customer appetite, drive foot traffic, and build lasting brand loyalty.
