ADV Precision Industries Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to perform FOA and LOA inspections per plan, release MP samples to mass production, and conduct regular appearance checks during production.

You will record inspection data, submit samples to the Metrology Lab every 4 hours, ensure conformance to specifications, manage non-conforming parts, and follow up with rework or sorting as required, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and define correct measurement methods.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia for clear technical documentation and cross-department communication.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and follow standard procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform First Of Article (FOA) and Last Of Article (LOA) Inspection according to Inspection Plan.
• Release MP sample to Mass Production.
• Perform 2 hourly checking on appearance during production run and record in the inspection record.
• Submit measurement sample 4 hourly to Metrology Lab and confirm the measurement data.
• Ensure conformance to specifications are followed.
• Fully understand on limit sample provided.
• Control on non conformance parts with identification.
• Follow up on Rework/Sorting activities on non-conformance parts.
• Issue Failure Report if found non conformance part.
• Practice safety and health ethics within the organization.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by Superior / Department Head as required.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) for clear technical documentation and cross-department communication
