Job summary

NS BlueScope Lysaght Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to helm the national sales function from Shah Alam, ensuring seamless progression from project specification to revenue realization. You will lead strategy, manage key accounts, expand new business, and collaborate across operations, supply chain and finance to optimize pricing, forecasting, and profitability across all regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years in sales within building materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales or key account management.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Strong background in building materials, construction or steel industry.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing large customer portfolios.
