Job summary

NS BlueScope Malaysia is seeking a senior sales leader to guide the national sales function from project brief to revenue recognition. You will drive strategy, grow key accounts, and expand the customer base across channels.

You will oversee forecasting, pricing, and deal profitability while collaborating with operations, supply chain, and finance to deliver customer-centric solutions in building materials and steel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales or key account management.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Strong background in building materials, construction or steel industry.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing large customer portfolios.
• Experience in technical/consultative selling and project-based sales.
