Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Forecast monthly sales and conduct market analysis to support target achievement.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Attend and follow up customer inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure future business growth.
• Build and expand the customer database while preparing client visit reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform costing including product and sales costs, product development costs and related processes.
• Review cost breakdown to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with internal teams including the Projects team to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with customers to gather market information and develop effective strategies.
• Prepare and submit weekly visit reports and progress updates.
• Attend departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
