Job summary
LINBAQ HOLDING SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager in Corporate Finance & Development to support the Head of Department with bank financing, loan drawdowns, and due diligence for strategic ventures. You will work with the finance, operations, and development teams to ensure smooth funding processes and timely reporting.
The role requires a finance or related degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development, with strong modelling and data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in property development industry preferred.
- Strong bank relationship and capital management experience.
- Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Assist HOD in coordinating with financiers for loan applications, drawdowns and CP fulfilment.
- Liaise with Operation Team to facilitate timely loan drawdowns.
- Assist in annual review of banking facilities and financing arrangements.
- Assist in group cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for land acquisitions and development projects.
- Support due diligence for JV partnerships and strategic collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely reports and operational reporting.
