Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager for a leading Malaysian listed property developer. The role involves leading funding, refinancing, and capital management, plus preparing models, valuations, and investment assessments for strategic projects.

You will evaluate opportunities, manage bank relationships, support treasury and cash flow planning, and prepare papers for senior leadership. 5+ years of experience and strong financial skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of corporate finance experience (in-house and/or investment banking).
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience dealing with banks, debt financing, and capital markets is advantageous.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
