Job summary

Asiabina Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a seasoned finance professional to liaise with banks, auditors, corporate secretaries and solicitors on banking facilities, loan documentation and funding needs.

You will create and monitor project cashflow forecasts, oversee loan facilities, prepare financing reports for management and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia required; strong Excel and financial modelling skills essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property development or construction OR in audit covering these industries.
• Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting, Business Studies, Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
• Proficient in microsoft excel and financial modelling/ cash flow forecasting
• Ideally experience as banking Relationship Manager or in Finance function in company
• Ability to work independently in changing and multi-tasking environment
• Has experience leading teams
