Job summary

PROPNEX REALTY SDN. BHD. is seeking an enthusiastic Event & Training Executive in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The role is full-time, focusing on designing, planning and executing high-impact events and training programmes to drive engagement and professional development within the workforce.

You will coordinate corporate events, create training content, manage budgets and work with vendors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality programmes that strengthen company culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, training coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple events with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event management software, MS Office and basic graphic design tools.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging event concepts and training delivery methods.
• Budget management experience and cost-conscious procurement and vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, training sessions, seminars and workshops for the sales team and wider organisation.
• Develop event proposals and budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and high quality.
• Liaise with external vendors, venues and service providers for competitive rates and optimal arrangements.
• Create training content with subject matter experts to enhance employee competencies.
• Manage venue booking, catering, AV setup and attendee coordination.
• Promote events via internal channels to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Evaluate event success with post-event surveys and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of expenses, attendance and training metrics for reporting.
