Job summary

Join Alfresco Delight Sdn. Bhd. and work in a professional MNC factory cafeteria environment. You will prepare quality meals for 300–400 people per serving, handle large-volume cooking efficiently and consistently, and work closely with a kitchen team of 20–35 employees.

Maintain excellent food quality, taste and presentation, and follow strict hygiene, food-safety and cleaning procedures in a Halal-certified kitchen, with attention to portions and wastage management.

Qualifications

• Strong practical cooking skills.
• Experience in factory cafeterias, hotels, central kitchens, catering or large-scale food production.
• Can remain calm and organised under pressure.
• Disciplined, responsible and hygienic.
• Works well with others and follows instructions.
• Understands large-volume food preparation and serving deadlines.
