Job summary

HL Management Co Sdn Bhd, Damansara, Selangor, is seeking an experienced treasury professional to oversee treasury operations and investment monitoring. The role requires 6–10 years in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, with strong knowledge of derivatives, risk management, and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.

You will monitor portfolios, prepare funding reports, and review banking facilities, KYC, and intercompany agreements, ensuring compliance with group policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions, especially treasury operations, corporate banking, or operations/control functions.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking facilities, financial instruments (including derivatives), and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track treasury and investment portfolios to ensure compliance with approved frameworks and policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on group borrowings and funding positions to support Finance and Treasury functions.
• Review and assist in the documentation of banking facilities across entities.
• Maintain and update bank mandates, including authorized signatories.
• Review banking, financing, and intercompany documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review KYC and onboarding documentation with financial institutions.
• Review key financial agreements (e.g., ISDA and related documents).
• Monitor and follow up on compliance reporting related to intercompany transactions, regulatory requirements, and group structure.

Candidates with prior experience in banking or financial institutions, particularly within treasury operations, corporate banking, or operations/control functions, are preferred.

Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking facilities, financial instruments (including derivatives), and risk management practices.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
