Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support repayment assistance and customer relations. The role involves calling targeted customers, coordinating with stakeholders for agreement execution, and ensuring KYC compliance throughout the process.

You will monitor post‑RA repayment performance and handle inbound inquiries related to repayment options. This position also requires flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Baking, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in banking/finance or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make quality calls to offer repayment assistance to targeted customers.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for agreement execution and credit approvals.
• Verify and perform KYC on application information.
• Monitor and manage post RA repayment performance.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding repayment assistance or variation of agreements.
• Attend other duties as assigned by supervisor/HOD.

• To verify and perform KYC on application information in submitted documents.
• Monitoring and managing post RA repayment performance of customers.
• Managing inbound enquiries regarding repayment assistance / variation of agreement.
• Attending any other duties assigned by superior/HOD from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Baking/ Finance or relevant working experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years and above experience in banking & finance/ customer relationship management.
• Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel & PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in commanding Large Language Model (LLM) is preferred
