Job summary

Affin is seeking an Associate in Client Services within Group Corporate Banking to support the Relationship Manager with administrative tasks and ensure the Bank's interests are protected.

Responsibilities include monitoring accounts, issuing letters of support for tenders, preparing financial reports for audits, and coordinating with branches, Risk Management, and Treasury. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field; experience in system/security administration.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and AS400.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Independent worker with high commitment and competency.

Responsibilities

• Account monitoring and follow-up letters.
• Issuance of letters of support for tenders and related correspondences.
• Prepare Financial Performance Reports for annual audit.
• Provide monthly loan origination/growth/review extension reports.
• Liaise with branches, Group Risk Management, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor post-disbursement conditions and security documentation progress.
• Track work progress on memos to BFS, LAD, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare/update interest income for the month.
• Liaise with LAD/BIS/Treasury and payment centre.
• Assist RM/CA in their absence for COF/FD rate requests.
• Track KYC review progress.
• Assist Nostro account opening for banks.
• Review RMA relationship requirements annually.
