AFFIN Group is seeking a seasoned corporate banking professional to support the Head of Department in credit acquisition for corporate loans and financings. You will lead team members, optimize wallet sizes, and cross-sell within an existing portfolio while upholding risk management standards.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, proactive credit risk oversight, and compliance with AML/CFT and KYC policies.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in auditing will be an added advantage.
• Professional credit certifications (PCC, CCE, BCP, Chartered Banker) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with exposure to corporate banking and credit risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Head of Department in credit acquisition for corporate loans/financings and manage team members.
• Maximise earnings potential and revenue of relationships; monitor portfolio performance.
• Own client relationship management and proactive risk monitoring of corporate accounts.
• Ensure timely credit processing, annual reviews, and executive summaries for credit committee.
• Mentor and coach Assistant Relationship Managers to upgrade portfolio management skills.
• Adhere to AML/CFT and KYC regulatory requirements and internal controls.
