Affin Bank Berhad, Sabah, is seeking an administrative support officer for the Corporate Banking Division to assist Relationship Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks while ensuring the Bank's interests are protected and compliance requirements are met.

You will monitor accounts, prepare monthly reports (loan origination and growth), liaise with branches and risk management, track security documents, and support the processing of facilities from memo to disbursement, including CCRIS

Competenze

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or equivalent.
• Experience in system/credit administration.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and AS400.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Attention to detail and quality of output.
• Independent with initiative and reliable.

Mansioni

• Account monitoring (MIAs): assist RM with reminders and related letters.
• Compile documents for annual audits and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with branches and risk management on application status.
• Track post-disbursement conditions and disbursement processes.
• Prepare memos and follow up on project accounts and facilities.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance reporting including BNM, BCP and DRCO.
