Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, including client visits and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate corporate relations activities, including planning and execution of corporate events and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain client portfolios, documentation, and related records.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client requests in a timely manner.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding client-related matters.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.

We are looking to hire a Corporate Account Executive to manage the public image of our organization. You will help to ensure that the company's image is portrayed in a positive light. At times, aside from building good relationship with clients, you may also be tasked with developing relationships with our key stakeholders or other organizations that could help advance the company’s goals.

Job Description

Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, including conducting client visits upon the arrival of foreign workers and coordinating the necessary follow-up actions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Manage corporate relations activities, including the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and client engagement initiatives.

Ensure client portfolios, documentation, and related records are properly maintained, updated, and in order.

Coordinate client requests and requirements by liaising closely with relevant internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding client-related matters to ensure timely completion.

Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Corporate Communications, or a related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Able to work collaboratively in a team and effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented with a professional approach to client management.

Willingness to travel for client visits and business-related activities when required.

Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin language, as the role requires regular communication and liaison with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing and able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
