Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Corporate Communications, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented with a professional client-management approach.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, including client visits and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate corporate relations activities, including planning and execution of corporate events and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain client portfolios, documentation, and related records.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client requests in a timely manner.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding client-related matters.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.
