Coordinate and maintain the company’s ISO management system, ensuring documented procedures are implemented consistently across departments and branches.

ISO covered are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

Document Control-Maintain the master list of policies, SOPs, work instructions, forms and records. Ensure current approved versions are available and obsolete documents are withdrawn.

Internal Audits-Prepare audit schedules, coordinate internal audits, document findings and follow up with departments on corrective actions.

External Audits-Coordinate certification and surveillance audits, prepare supporting records and monitor the closure of audit findings.

Corrective Actions-Track non-conformities, customer complaints and operational issues. Work with relevant departments to identify root causes and verify corrective-action effectiveness.

Risk and Opportunity Monitoring-Assist departments in identifying operational risks and opportunities, maintaining risk registers and reviewing action progress.

Management Review-Coordinate management review meetings, prepare relevant performance information, record minutes and follow up on decisions and action items.

Branch Coordination-Monitor implementation across branches and operational sites to promote consistent practices and complete records.

Reporting-Provide management with updates on audit results, corrective actions, system performance and improvement priorities.
