Job summary

INFINITE CAPACITY SDN BHD – Bandar Baharu, Kedah is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for our broiler breeder farm. The role focuses on supervising daily farm operations, monitoring flock health and production performance, and ensuring proper execution of feeding, vaccination, and medication programs.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Animal Health or Animal Science, with a preference for at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Animal Health, Animal Science, or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willing to live on-site at Serdang, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the broiler breeder farm.
• Monitor flock health, mortality, production performance and overall bird condition.
• Ensure proper implementation of feeding, watering, vaccination and medication programs.
• Supervise and guide farm leader and workers in their daily tasks.
• Monitor farm equipment, housing conditions, ventilation, temperature and lighting.
• Maintain accurate daily farm records, including feed intake, egg production, mortality and vaccination.
• Identify and report any abnormality, disease signs or production issues to the farm manager/veterinarian.
• Assist the Supervisor and Farm Manager in achieving flock performance and production targets.
