Job summary

INFINITE CAPACITY SDN BHD, a broiler breeder farm, is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, monitor flock health and production performance, and ensure proper program implementation. The role involves guiding farm staff and reporting issues to management.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Animal Health or Animal Science, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Willing to work and stay on farm, located at Serdang, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the broiler breeder farm.
• Monitor flock health, mortality, production performance and overall bird condition.
• Ensure proper implementation of feeding, watering, vaccination and medication programs.
• Supervise and guide farm leader and workers in their daily tasks.
• Monitor farm equipment, housing conditions, ventilation, temperature and lighting.
• Maintain accurate daily farm records (feed intake, egg production, mortality, vaccination).
• Identify and report abnormalities, disease signs or production issues to farm manager/veterinarian.
• Assist the Supervisor and Farm Manager in achieving flock performance and production targets.
