Cezars Kitchen is seeking qualified Cook & Chef De Partie to join our kitchen located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The candidate will work with the head chef to prepare daily meals and assist in menu planning, cost estimation, inventory control, and waste management.

There are opportunities to transfer to work in Japan and career advancement nationally and internationally. Annual bonus, medical support, uniform and staff meals are provided, with no late-night shifts.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in either school kitchens, hotels or restaurants.
• Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International menus.
• Be a qualified cook: Certificated available upon request.
• Passionate about food.
• Positive and inviting attitude - you will need to engage and have conversations with customers.
• Self-motivated and can work with the team.

Mansioni

• Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals.
• Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits, inventory control system and waste management.
• Kitchen operations management when Head Chef not present.
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen.
• Ability and willingness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques.
• Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs).
• Work quickly and under time constraints.

Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International menus
