Aufgaben

• Oversee overall operations of the Company and report to the Group Management Committee.
• Coordinate departments through Heads of Department to align with corporate objectives.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for the Board and shareholders.
• Lead business development by building relationships with partners and identifying growth opportunities.
• Translate Board policy into operational requirements and approve large capex within delegated authority.
• Develop budget proposals and strategic plans to drive future growth.
