Hoe & Moira in George Town, Penang, is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our legal team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and encouraged to grow with the firm.

You will assist in residential and commercial property transactions, prepare and review conveyancing documents, and liaise with clients, banks, developers, agents, and authorities. The role demands strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Formación

• Law degree and admitted to the Malaysian Bar with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in handling residential and commercial property transactions.
• Prepare and review conveyancing documents.
• Liase with clients, banks, developer, property agents and relevant authorities.
• Attend to other conveyancing matters as assigned.
