We are seeking a meticulous, quality-focused, and highly organized Conveyancing Clerk to join our legal practice. In this role, you will manage property transactions from inception up to the completion level, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Handle all conveyancing matters independently up to the completion stage.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Attend to, correspond, and communicate effectively with developers, bankers, buyers, and various government agencies.
• Documentation: Prepare, check, and process legal files, agreements, and loan documents with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience: Experience in handling conveyancing matters is highly preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with and manage our Mandarin-speaking clientele.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office with strong, accurate typing skills.
