Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents for property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, transfer documents, and other conveyancing paperwork.
• Conduct property searches and due diligence to verify property information.
• Liaise with clients, property agents and other parties to coordinate conveyancing processes.
• Maintain detailed records and files for ongoing conveyancing matters.
• Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed.
