Malaysian Bar is seeking a conveyancing assistant to support sub-sale and property transfer matters in a team-focused environment.

The role involves preparing conveyancing documents, liaising with clients, banks, developers, land offices and authorities, and following up to ensure timely completion of transactions. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.

• Draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreements and related legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers and relevant authorities.
• Manage files and ensure transactions are completed efficiently.
