Job summary

A Kuala Lumpur-based law firm is seeking a mature Conveyancing Clerk to support the perfection and discharge processes, subsales, loans, tenancy and related agreements.

You will liaise with clients and external parties, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and provide admin support as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage documentation from initiation to completion.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents related to perfection/discharge, subsales, loans, tenancy and related agreements.
• Liaising with clients and external parties/ stakeholders to facilitate transactions/documentation as may be the case.
• Maintaining accurate and records of transactions, ensuring proper and easily retrievable yet secure filing.
• Assisting to ensure that transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in background checks and compilation of relevant information on transactions as may be required.
• Providing any other administrative support as may be needed on a case by case basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents related to the perfection/ discharge, subsales, loans, tenancy and related agreements
• Liaising with clients and external parties/ stakeholders to facilitate transactions/ documentation as may be the case
• Maintaining accurate and records of transactions, ensuring proper and easily retrievable yet secure filing

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Able to handle documentation process from initiation to completion
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Familiar with common prevailing office tools
