Malaysian Bar seeks a conveyancing professional to draft, arrange, and execute SPA, loan documents, discharge of charge, and related conveyancing instruments. You will independently manage files from sub-sale to developer projects, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Draft, prepare, and arrange for execution of documents relating to Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, discharge of charge, and other related conveyancing instruments.
Ensure all documents are accurately prepared in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Handle conveyancing files independently from initiation to completion, including sub-sale, developer projects, and loan files.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on all pending matters.
Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and government departments (e.g., Land Office, LHDN, and local authorities) to facilitate smooth progress of transactions.
Coordinate appointments and follow up on stamping, registration, and release of documents.
Monitor timelines and ensure compliance with all statutory and contractual deadlines.
Keep abreast of changes in conveyancing procedures, policies, and relevant laws.
Provide regular progress updates to supervising lawyers and partners.
Attend to client inquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships throughout the transaction process.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in conveyancing (sub-sale, project, and loan files preferred).
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with conveyancing documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
