Job summary

Messrs Teoh Pek Wei is seeking a diligent professional to handle conveyancing matters, including preparing SPA and loan documentation, and to attend signings for sale and purchase agreements. You will meet clients, financial institutions, developers, and authorities in Kuala Lumpur, with other duties as assigned as required.

Candidates should possess a Certificate/Diploma and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills; reliable and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing matters, including drafting SPA and loan documents.
• Attend signings for sale and purchase agreements and loan documents.
• Meet with clients, financial institutions, developers, authorities and other relevant parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned as needed.

• To handle all range of conveyancing matters, includes preparation of SPA and Loan Documentations, State Authority Consent forms etc.
• To attend signings for sale and purchase agreement and loan documents.
• To attend clients, financial institutions, developers, state authorities, correspondences and any relevant authorities.
• To handle in any other duties assigned as and when required to do so.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Have decent interpersonal skills, team player and responsible.
• Able to work independently with high degree professionalism and integrity.
