Lau, Wong & Partners in Malaysia seeks a Conveyancing Lawyer to manage end-to-end conveyancing matters, including sub-sales, developer projects, retail and corporate loans. You will liaise with clients, bankers, agents, and government bodies, and maintain case files with strict confidentiality.
Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided. Experience in conveyancing is a plus, and compensation will reflect experience.

Manage Conveyancing Portfolios : Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters, including sub-sales, developer projects, retails and corporate loans, discharge, perfection of charge and perfection of transfer.
Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact to liaise effectively with clients. bankers, property agents, developers and government bodies (e.g., Land Office, LHDN...)
Client & Case Management : Attend to client inquiries, draft legal correspondence and prepare regular status reports for clients and management.
Database Administration : Maintain accurate and up-to-date file statuses within the firm's internal operating system.
Compliance & Confidentiality : Uphold the highest standard of strict confidentiality regarding all firm, department and client affairs.
Ad-Hoc Duties : Execute additional legal or administrative tasks as assigned by the firm's partners from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements : -
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in law, CLP or Bar finals for Conveyancing Lawyer.
Lawyer without working experience (Freshgrade are encouraged to apply, training will be provided).
Lawyer with experience in conveyancing field, salary will be depends on experience.
Able to handle developer project or SPA, Loan Documentation and other conveyancing works.
Good communication with clients.
Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision
