Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an orderly conveyancing assistant in Subang Jaya to support lawyers with file administration, document preparation and progress tracking. You will coordinate with clients, bankers, developers and authorities to keep cases on schedule.

The role emphasizes meticulous filing, timely signings and clear communication, with multilingual capability in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM or higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree preferred).
• Conveyancing experience is a plus.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers in managing conveyancing files for SME, Developer Projects, Subsale, Refinancing, Auction, POT/POC and related matters.
• Prepare standard forms, correspondence and supporting documentation.
• Monitor file progress and deadlines including stamping, CKHT filing and loan documentation.
• Follow up with clients, bankers, developers, agents, government authorities and others on documents and status.
• Maintain filing systems and documentation.
• Arrange signing appointments and ensure documents are executed.
• Prepare status reports on file progress.
• Perform general admin tasks related to conveyancing.

• Assist lawyers in managing conveyancing files for SME, Developer Projects, Subsale, Refinancing, Auction, POT/POC, and related matters.
• Prepare standard forms, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor file progress and key dates including stamping, presentation, CKHT filing, loan documentation, and completion deadlines.
• Follow up with clients, bankers, developers, agents, government authorities, and relevant parties on documentation and status updates.
• Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation.
• Arrange signing appointments and ensure all required documents are duly executed.
• Prepare status reports and updates on file progress.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to conveyancing matters.

Requirements

• SPM, STPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in conveyancing will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (Preferable).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
